A: Absolutely not! Our fees are paid by the client company.

 

Q: What should I wear when I come for my interview?

A: Dress in a business professional manner, as you would for a job interview. 

 

Q: What tests will I have to take?

A: We typically test for basic software and typing, as well as basic math, editing and vocabulary. 

 

Q: What should I bring to the interview?

A: Two forms of identification, a current copy of your resume, and professional references.

 

Q: How long will the testing/interview process take?

A: Please plan to spend approximately one hour interviewing, as long as all pre-interview preparation has been completed (application, testing, etc.).

Q: Should I work temporary assignments if I am looking for a full-time position?

A: It is up to you. It's a good way to keep the money coming in while you interview. It also lets you try out different companies to see what you prefer. Very often temporary assignments can lead to full-time positions.

 

Q: When do I get paid and what benefits are available?

A: Paychecks are available on Thursday of every week by check or direct deposit. We offer daycare assistance, paid vacation time, free software training, parking reimbursements, a limited medical plan and a 401K plan.
